Team Management

4 min readAccount & Billing

AIMS is built for teams and agencies. Multiple collaborators can work within the same workspace, each with appropriate access levels — and a single AIMS account can manage multiple brand workspaces, making it ideal for agencies handling several clients.

Inviting team members

  1. 1

Go to Settings → Team from the left sidebar.

  2. 2

    Click "Invite Member."

  3. 3

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  4. 4

Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer — see below).

  5. 5

Click "Send Invite." They'll receive an email with a link to join the workspace.

Invitees can be added to one or more brand workspaces. If you manage multiple brands, you control which workspaces each team member can access.

Managing multiple brand workspaces

One AIMS account supports multiple brand workspaces. Each workspace has its own Product Library, Brand Kit (colours, logo), generation history, and team. Workspaces are completely isolated — assets, settings, and members from one workspace are invisible to another.

To create a new workspace: click the brand name in the top-left corner of the dashboard → "Add New Brand." You'll be prompted to enter a brand name and upload a logo. The workspace is available immediately.

For agencies

The typical agency setup: one AIMS account with one workspace per client brand. Invite each client as a Viewer so they can download assets and see the library, but cannot modify settings or generate content themselves. Assign your internal team members as Editors. The account owner retains Admin across all workspaces.

How tokens work across a team

Tokens are shared across the entire workspace — not allocated per team member. When an Editor generates a video ad, those tokens are deducted from the workspace's monthly allowance. Admins can see a token usage breakdown in Settings → Usage, which shows how many tokens were used by each team member over the current billing period.

Removing team members

To remove a team member: Settings → Team → click the three-dot menu next to their name → "Remove from workspace." They lose access immediately. Assets they generated remain in the workspace library.
